Warranty Information
At Box Performance Inc., we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-built performance engines. However, because our engines and services are designed to exceed factory specifications, there are no guarantees regarding dependability or lifespan.
No Warranty on Engine Performance or High-Performance Work
High-performance engines and automotive upgrades involve many variables outside our control once they leave our shop. These include, but are not limited to:
- Installation setup and configuration
- Engine tuning and calibration
- Fuel type and fuel system condition
- Ignition system performance
- Suspension and rear-end components
- Driving habits and long-term maintenance
Because of these factors, Box Performance does not offer warranties on engine performance, high-performance upgrades, reliability, or longevity after delivery or completion of service.
Custom Parts Policy
There are no returns, refunds, or warranties on custom-built parts or custom engine orders. These parts are made to your specific needs and cannot be restocked or resold.
Third-Party Components
Many of our builds and services include parts from third-party or OEM manufacturers. These may carry their own manufacturer-provided warranties. If warranty service is needed for one of these components, the end-user is responsible for working directly with the OEM or supplier to resolve any issues.
